If you separately opt in through the optional SMS checkbox on our homepage service-request form or through our website chat widget, we may send conversational and service-related messages such as quote, scheduling, arrival and completion updates. Submitting a form without selecting the optional SMS checkbox does not enroll you in SMS. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
We disclose information as needed to providers supporting our operations, including GoHighLevel for customer relationship management, Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, and independent service professionals assigned to the approved job. Assigned professionals receive only information reasonably necessary to perform and coordinate the service. Providers process information under their own terms and our applicable agreements.
Payments
Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages. Stonewall does not receive or store your full payment card number. Stripe may collect device, transaction and identity information under its privacy terms.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, dispute and consent-record purposes. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of certain information, subject to legal exceptions. You may unsubscribe from marketing email or reply STOP to texts. Florida residents may contact us regarding rights available under applicable law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
