These terms govern use of stonewallservice.com and service requests submitted to Stonewall Service Group LLC. A written quote, work order or service agreement may include additional terms; for that job, the more specific written agreement controls if there is a conflict.
Service model
Stonewall coordinates cleaning and non-regulated property support. Services may be performed by independent service professionals. Stonewall is not holding itself out through this website as a licensed general contractor or regulated trade contractor. Requests involving regulated construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, mold remediation, pest control or other licensed work are outside this website’s offered scope unless a later written agreement expressly and lawfully states otherwise.
Quotes and payment
Website requests are not final quotes. Scope, price and availability must be confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due through the provided Stripe checkout before service. Taxes and approved additions may apply. Do not pay a link that does not show the expected Stonewall scope or amount.
Access and customer duties
You must provide safe, lawful access, accurate property information, working utilities reasonably needed for the service, and notice of hazards, animals, fragile items or restricted materials. You represent that you are authorized to order service at the property.
Changes, cancellation and re-service
Scope changes require approval and may affect price or schedule. Cancellation, lockout and late-rescheduling terms will be stated in the quote or service agreement. Report service concerns promptly through our support channel so we can review the approved scope and determine an appropriate response.
Prohibited requests
Do not use the site to request unlawful activity, conceal hazardous conditions, submit another person’s sensitive information without authority, or transmit payment-card data in free-text fields.
Communications
Transactional email and calls may be used to respond to your request. Text messages are sent only consistent with your separate consent and applicable law. You may reply STOP to end texts.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is.” Service warranties, if any, are limited to those stated in the written service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability limitation applicable to a job will be stated in the written agreement and interpreted under Florida law.
