Recurring service plans

Stay ready. Stay handled.

A recurring plan is a defined service schedule for work your property needs repeatedly. It is not unlimited service, and every plan has a written scope, frequency and price.

Choose the rhythm

Built around the property.

We start with the property, its usage and the result you need. Stonewall then coordinates the schedule, assigned service professionals, secure recurring invoices and completion follow-up.

Residential

Home Ready

Consistent home cleaning on the schedule that fits your household.

  • Weekly
  • Every two weeks
  • Every four weeks
  • Defined rooms and checklist
  • Optional rotating add-ons

A first-time deep reset may be quoted before recurring service begins.

Rental properties

Turn Ready

Repeatable turnover coordination for short-term and long-term rental properties.

  • On-demand turnover scheduling
  • Cleaning and linen resets
  • Restocking coordination
  • Photo-ready reset
  • Visual condition notes

Billed per completed turn or through an agreed monthly schedule; not an unlimited subscription.

Business properties

Commercial Ready

Routine cleaning and janitorial coverage built around operating hours.

  • One to five visits weekly
  • Office and common areas
  • Restrooms and breakrooms
  • Floor and glass care
  • Day-porter options

Scope and frequency are priced after a walkthrough or detailed property review.

Exterior rotation

Curb Ready

Seasonal exterior appearance services scheduled before buildup becomes a problem.

  • Quarterly or semiannual visits
  • Pressure washing rotations
  • Ground-level exterior glass
  • Gutter debris cleaning
  • Patio and walkway cleaning

Weather-sensitive work is rescheduled safely. Roof work and regulated treatments are excluded.

Routine upkeep

Property Ready

Monthly or quarterly rounds for basic, non-regulated property tasks.

  • A/C filter changes
  • Accessible bulb replacement
  • Supply replenishment
  • Vacant-property check-ins
  • Vendor-access coordination

Observational check-ins are not licensed inspections. Materials and special visits may be billed separately.

Pool appearance

Pool Ready

Recurring residential pool-cleaning visits limited to non-regulated cleaning scope.

  • Weekly scheduling
  • Surface and debris cleaning
  • Routine condition notes
  • Service documentation
  • Escalation of equipment concerns

Equipment repair, replacement, electrical, plumbing and other licensed pool-contractor work are excluded.

Right tool, right job

Recurring versus one-time.

Some services get better and more economical with a repeatable schedule. Projects with a defined beginning and end should stay separately quoted.

Billing & control

Clear scope. Secure billing.

After the plan is approved, Stonewall sends a GHL invoice with a Stripe-secured checkout. Recurring plans use the agreed billing frequency; on-demand turns may be invoiced individually. The invoice states the included work, price and timing before payment authorization.

Plan pricing is customized by property size, condition, visit frequency, access requirements and service scope. Additions outside the written plan require separate approval.
